Dear pet owners, we took our small Münsterländer to the vet today. He's very anxious at the vet, but the vet immediately recognized this and cared for him gently with a calm voice and gentle touch. From now on, she'll be our vet in the greater Carinthia area. We highly recommend her. We called in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. The practice is clean and state-of-the-art. Our 9-year-old dog, Kerry, had stomach/intestinal problems while we were on vacation. We were able to book an appointment with Dr. Trupp online at short notice (very convenient). The practice team took excellent care of us, and Dr. Trupp examined Kerry thoroughly and explained the proposed treatment very well. We are very satisfied; Kerry is feeling well again. A highly recommended service! She cares for the animals with so much heart, expertise, and patience, and you immediately realize that their well-being is her top priority. She is always available, extremely competent, and you can always ask her questions! Her assistant is also incredibly dedicated, friendly, and empathetic. The entire team treats the animals wonderfully, and you immediately feel well cared for.
