Very disappointed. We only requested a vaccination appointment, but instead we were charged for things we didn't need. We told Dr. László Toth that we already knew our cats were microchipped, and he scanned them anyway, which isn't a bad thing in itself. But then charging €7 for it is outrageous. The same goes for the "listening" procedure. They also told us the vaccination was enough. We were also charged almost €30. Friendliness is all well and good, but when you say something isn't needed and you already know it, I don't think it's right to charge for it.

At this practice, you feel well looked after, and the extremely compassionate team quickly alleviates any fears you may have for your beloved pet. And they provide excellent care.

I'm very happy with the vet. I always get an appointment very quickly, and everyone is very friendly. Even my cat, who hisses at strangers, is always very well-behaved.

My cat feels very comfortable with Dr. Toth. He hissed at every other vet we've been to, but here he's always very relaxed. He's also a really great, kind doctor who listens attentively and is very understanding. Highly recommended. ❤
