I am absolutely thrilled with the "Veterinary Practice of Dr. med. vet. Carolin Herzmoneit"! Dr. Herzmoneit and her wonderful staff are incredibly patient and understanding, even when dealing with particularly difficult patients. The practice impresses not only with its professional competence but also with its warm atmosphere. Everyone takes plenty of time to answer all questions. A vet with a heart! She takes her time, and there's hardly any waiting time. You're welcome to be present throughout the entire process. She truly listens to both the owner and the animal. And she takes you seriously! Finally, a vet who doesn't just focus on the bottom line, but primarily on the animal! And we mustn't forget the two friendly and helpful veterinary assistants! They are incredibly empathetic and kind people! We'll only go to her now. We hope the practice stays this way for a long time to come!

Our Havanese wasn't feeling well again. We quickly called the vet's office. "When can you come?" We were very surprised. The doctor was absolutely professional and friendly... Our dog was feeling better after just two days, and so were we.

All services were provided free of charge, as we brought a dog from Ukraine and couldn't afford the treatment. Animal welfare is very important to these lovely people! You are the best!
