Very unprofessional. I asked for help because a baby bird had fallen out of its nest. I got you directly on the phone. You made fun of me and suggested I just leave the perfectly healthy bird to its fate and basically throw it to the cat. You treat me condescendingly and find it amusing.

The best veterinarian I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! I've never encountered such a dedicated doctor. Ms. Haag is always available, makes house calls when necessary, and takes excellent care of her patients and their owners. Some people might find her direct and honest manner challenging, but why should she mince words and sugarcoat things? I am beyond grateful for her invaluable and spontaneous help and support with my cat, Chilly. It is only because of her that she, now with one eye, can continue to explore the world healthy and happy.

She's a wonderful veterinarian—direct and honest, but very empathetic. I enjoy going to her. She was there for me today when I had to have my beloved Charly put to sleep.

Incredibly unprofessional! A run-down practice, unsafe and incompetent, insensitive, and completely ignored the sensitive animal in pain. Unbelievably and incomprehensibly expensive. It was only a last resort due to a public holiday, as we didn't know this vet. But before we ever set foot in this "practice" again, we'd rather go to Nuremberg! And before you're misled by the fact that it actually has 5 stars... Reviews from family and friends can influence ratings!
