We were very happy with how our first cat was treated. Unfortunately, today we had a very unpleasant and quite shocking experience. We had an emergency and were able to get an appointment at short notice. Because of roadworks, we had to take a detour using our GPS, and we also had to briefly search for our cat (he was already so ill that he had hidden himself away), so we arrived 15 minutes late. We knocked to get the vet's attention. After 5 minutes, the vet came and rather rudely told us that it was too late and she had to leave. The practice was actually still open. When we urgently pleaded that the animal was unwell and that we didn't know how a further delay would affect things, she seemed very cold and simply made it clear that our request wasn't important to her. Calling her wasn't an option, as we were driving and using our cell phone for navigation. We were speechless, and still are, at such behavior from a veterinarian. A local veterinarian then took 30 minutes of his lunch break to see us, for which we are very grateful. If it hadn't been an animal in distress, one could perhaps turn a blind eye, but the behavior is appalling. Furthermore, we had our young children with us, who were sadly left behind with their pet.

We take our young dog to Dr. Niebuhr and are very satisfied. The vet takes problems seriously, is very empathetic, and really takes her time to diagnose and treat. You never feel like you're just being rushed through. Thank you so much for your expert assessment of our problems!

Fantastic vet! We were able to get in as an emergency on Friday at noon! Everything was handled incredibly quickly, and the recovery is progressing very well! Our French Bulldog had gotten a stick stuck in his cheek muscle while playing. My little finger could have fit in there up to the first joint! Excellent care and wonderful treatment... Thank you again!

On October 15, I'm moving from Greece to Georgensgmünd. I have a female tortoiseshell cat, and my vet in Greece advised me to bring her with you so you can scan her microchip and register her in the German system. That way, she'll be recorded in case she gets lost or something happens. So, I'll be visiting you soon! 🙌🏻
