Dr. Steer and his team are fantastic. I only take my two cats there. The team works calmly and conscientiously, and they always have an honest and open ear for any questions. My cats and I feel very comfortable there. THANK YOU

I can't understand the negative reviews at all. We're always satisfied and feel well cared for. Dr. Steer provides comprehensive explanations, and the animal's well-being is his top priority. He has our complete trust.

I am appalled by this veterinarian. Last week, I took my cat in because of a persistently runny eye and a suddenly very swollen cheek. Mr. Steer merely glanced into my cat's mouth and immediately declared her to have an advanced, likely inoperable tumor. The only treatment offered was a cortisone injection for relief, with the caveat that euthanasia would have to be considered sooner or later if she stopped eating. This diagnosis and the injection cost me nearly €85. This statement cost me two sleepless nights and countless tears. Unable to accept the situation, I sought a second opinion from Ms. Lauterbach in Schwabach. She determined that the symptoms were caused by an abscessed tooth. The tooth was extracted, and my cat received antibiotics and pain medication. She is now doing very well again. I strongly recommend always seeking a second opinion in cases of serious diagnoses.

We've been taking our animals to this practice for many years, both our dog and our cat. We've always felt very well cared for. You can tell that they work here with a great deal of expertise, calm demeanor, and genuine care. No matter what the issue, you're always taken seriously, given excellent advice, and treated with kindness. The entire team is always helpful, empathetic, and very friendly. For us, it's a truly wonderful veterinary practice that we can wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the whole team!
