The practice team is very friendly and accommodating. It's easy to find and there's plenty of parking. We've been going there for a long time and our animals have always been very well cared for! Our dog always looked forward to her appointment. We will continue to use this veterinarian. Many thanks to the practice team!

I don't usually write reviews, but I really can't recommend this vet! I recently took my cat there for her initial checkup and neutering. Because my cat is anxious around strangers, she didn't want to come out of the carrier and hissed. Mr. Steer then said he "wouldn't tolerate such a fuss" and that my cat was a hopeless case! So we were sent away after five minutes... I then made an appointment at Dr. Haimerl's veterinary practice in Roth – everything went perfectly right away and without any problems. I'm very satisfied with this practice and can recommend it without reservation!

Disappointing, no understanding for anxious dogs! We had an appointment with Mr. Steer last week. As we were about to enter the practice, my dog ​​got scared, tore himself out of his harness, and ran away. (He used to be a street dog and was panicking.) I called the practice and explained the situation. Mr. Steer's response was rather matter-of-fact: He said I should first work on my dog's trust and then come back. I've had my dog ​​for seven years, and he sleeps under my covers every night... There's trust, but he still carries some of his stray nature. Today I wanted to make another appointment because my dog ​​needs his vaccinations updated. Instead, I was called back and asked to go to another veterinary clinic, "so that it doesn't happen again." Quite honestly: A veterinarian who shows so little understanding for anxious animals is, in my opinion, out of his place in the profession. As other reviews indicate, Mr. Steer doesn't seem to be suitable for dogs with anxiety issues. In retrospect, I'm almost glad my dog ​​ran away. (He's back home and was "only" gone for 30 minutes.) Obviously, we wouldn't have been in good hands there.
