A super nice team, Dr. Auernhammer is always there for our animals and proceeds sensitively, calmly and competently.

This isn't about animal welfare anymore, it's all about money! I needed heart medication for my cat and brought the empty box of 100 tablets with me, as he needs it as a long-term treatment! I was prescribed 30 tablets with a prescription fee of €10, which I then picked up at the pharmacy. The price was €13.67, where I was told that 100 tablets would have cost €2 more!! The receptionist was also incredibly unfriendly!! This practice is no longer an option for me!!!

Dr. Auernhammer is a fantastic veterinarian! He's very empathetic with the animals, competent, and always makes time for them, even on short notice, if an animal is injured. We've been extremely satisfied with him for years. The staff at reception are also very helpful, friendly, and always in good spirits – it's wonderful! Thank you so much.

Bad vet... I took my cat to him a year ago because he had a lump on his tail. According to him, he'd caught his tail in the door. After a year, the lump kept getting bigger. I went back again, and in the end, it turned out to be a tumor on the tail. The lump was surgically removed, and after a week, the cat was still in pain. The vet said the tail was already dead and would fall off on its own. We waited another week or two, but nothing happened. So we went to a different vet. He said he'd only tortured the cat and that the tail should have been completely amputated, as this "rescue" was pointless. I wouldn't recommend this vet to anyone.

I paid almost 50 euros for a brief examination of one of my dog's teeth... the recommendation was insufficient for me, and another veterinarian told me something completely different.
