Even though we'd never been there before, we were able to get an appointment right away. The staff was very friendly both on the phone and in person. The practice was recommended to us, and we're glad we did. It was straightforward, they took their time, and even offered advice over the phone. The vet seemed competent. It seemed to us that nothing "unnecessary" was recommended or done, and that the focus was on the animal and the owner.
