Unfortunately, we had to take our cat to the vet's office unexpectedly and at short notice due to an emergency. We were treated with incredible love and empathy, even though we had to say goodbye to our beloved feline friend. The team was so attentive and provided us with so much support and peace of mind. I have never felt so comfortable in such a difficult situation. Thank you so much! ❣️

Only positive experiences with Ms. Krause and the entire practice team. Everything is always done with great patience and explained in detail. Appointments are often available at very short notice. We are very satisfied.

When I was staying with my parents after surgery at the end of 2023, I needed a vet for one of my rabbits and came across Ms. Krause and her team. Even after my first visit, I felt so well cared for and comfortable that, even after moving back home from Hamburg at the end of 2024, the small animal practice became the first place my rabbits and I went for whenever we had problems. I have never felt so safe and heard by a veterinarian or the entire team. Even when we had to say goodbye to Smokey last week, the whole team was incredibly empathetic and didn't leave me alone during my final journey. Unfortunately, it pains me that we couldn't continue our treatment with you. Even though our time with pets is over for now, I sincerely hope I can return to you someday.
