Unfortunately, we had to take our cat to the vet's office unexpectedly and at short notice due to an emergency. We were treated with incredible love and empathy, even though we had to say goodbye to our beloved feline friend. The team was so attentive and provided us with so much support and peace of mind. I have never felt so comfortable in such a difficult situation. Thank you so much! ❣️
Not always helpful! In emergencies, medications are only sold in huge packages. Literally, "We're not a pharmacy!" Completely unacceptable. Every other doctor's office would help you in this regard and sell blister packs in an emergency!
We feel incredibly well cared for here! Everyone is very friendly and everything is always explained clearly. The way animals and people are treated here is simply wonderful!
