Reviews
This vet should lose her license! She was immediately annoyed, disrespectful, and confrontational on the phone. She refused to accept my sick animal. Whether it was because she was finishing work in an hour or because she's incapable of working professionally... With character traits like that, I would strongly recommend a job change!
We are shocked by the way we were treated on the phone when we, as dog owners, called to inquire whether we needed to take our pet to the emergency vet. We received a call back on Sunday, May 31st, after calling an emergency number. The on-call vet immediately cut us off, stating that she couldn't offer any advice or assessment and that she was currently with an appointment (even though she had called us). We weren't even allowed to properly describe the symptoms; we were rudely interrupted when we mentioned diarrhea, and we didn't even get to the point of "blood in the stool." The woman simply hung up when we asked who was supposed to tell us if not an emergency vet. We are completely speechless. Every pet owner can form their own opinion. After this experience, we would never voluntarily take our dog there. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment at our veterinary practice in Schwarzenbek on Röntgenstraße for the same day on Monday morning and received the usual friendly and helpful service, as well as helpful advice and treatment.
We called and, after arranging transport for our dog, we drove to Corinna's veterinary practice. Our dog passed out during the car ride. So all she had to do was pronounce him dead. She was incredibly helpful, even organizing the funeral for us. We were able to take the dog to Schneider Pet Services that same evening (it was already after 10:30 pm), where he stayed until cremation. Payment was hassle-free... She likes marble cake. Thank you so much, Corinna, for your help... A 63 kg dog isn't exactly something you can just teleport away...
A fantastic veterinarian, and above all, a person with clear opinions and clear communication with us pet owners. She also manages to almost completely relax an anxious dog during treatment. She has a very special way and ability to connect with animals! More than 5 stars!
I had the pleasure of meeting Corinna today and am so grateful that she was able to make time for my mother's cat so quickly. She performed the euthanasia very gently for everyone involved. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts; our Micky is no longer suffering. I wholeheartedly recommend her. 🙏
