Dr.med.vet. Martin Pauli

We adopted a dog from the animal shelter. Unfortunately, he was very sick and in a lot of pain. The next morning, Sunday, we went to Dr. Pauli's emergency clinic. Dr. Pauli worked very carefully on the diagnosis and treatment. After the acute inflammation subsided, further surgical treatment and options were discussed immediately. We got an appointment very quickly, and the aftercare was fantastic. The practice and all the staff were always friendly and dedicated to helping the animal; the animal's well-being was and remains their top priority. Value for money: 5 out of 5 stars.

Mr. Pauli was my last resort for help with my cat. Before that, I had been to two other vets who cost me a lot of money and didn't diagnose the problem. I can't go into detail here; it would be too much 😉. It was my first time seeing Mr. Pauli. Despite the waiting room being full, he took a lot of time with me. He's a very kind and calm man, both with people and animals. After the examination, the problem was clear. My cat needed surgery... Now, three weeks after the operation, I can say she's completely back to her old self. If I had gone to Mr. Pauli right away, I would have saved not only a lot of money but also months of stress for my cat. I won't be going to any other vet in the future.

Superb, competent, and very friendly!!! Excellent handling of the horse during the procedure and truly attentive all-around care!!! Even though I had never taken my animals to Dr. Pauli before, my horse received immediate help!!! From now on, he will be my first choice for veterinary care!!!!

Shortly before Christmas, we took our 15-year-old cat to Dr. Pauli to have her rapid weight loss checked. We felt we were in good hands with Dr. Pauli and were very satisfied with the treatment. She recommended a dental cleaning, or rather, the extraction of a tooth. We then made a new appointment. In the morning, we brought our cat to the practice and could have picked her up around 10:00 a.m. But despite her age, we felt safer if she would wake up in the practice. By 3:00 p.m., my father and I were already happily at the practice to pick her up. Unfortunately, Mr. Pauli then informed us that she had passed away. Of course, this was a huge shock for us, but we were fine with her being allowed to go after 15 years. But what was the worst part of the situation for me was the lack of empathy shown by Dr. Pauli and his staff towards grieving pet owners who had lost a family member after 15 years. When I read some of the reviews, our case is very similar to the one from April 18, 2024 (Jameda review). The main thing is that they can still make a good profit!! If I ever need a veterinarian again, I will definitely NOT go to Mr. Pauli's practice again.

We were here once before at the beginning of the year, and fortunately, the problem was identified and treated relatively quickly. In September, my dog ​​became ill again, and I didn't have the same feeling of reliability and attention I had at the beginning of the year. We had to come back several times a week because they just couldn't figure out what the problem was. The doctor told me not to worry three weeks ago—our dog would be with us for a long time... Today marks one week since he closed his little eyes forever, leaving a huge void behind. We are incredibly disappointed and incredibly sad that, despite the many tests, nothing could be found. 🖤😭
