It's a long story, but in short, they did our cat more harm than good. We then went to another veterinarian, where we had to pay a lot of money to try and repair the damage somewhat. The resulting problems will affect her for the rest of her life, and apart from the care she now needs, we also have to bear the costs of the necessary follow-up treatments. Friends and acquaintances have also told us about numerous negative experiences at this veterinary practice.

Beware of this practice, it's a complete rip-off!!! I had my two cats (a male and a female) neutered there yesterday! I wasn't told that the practice had been taken over by someone else, and so I had to pay €476 for both of them... Outrageous!!

Unfortunately, a lot has changed. The new name is Health Center for Small Animals, Passau GmbH! We'll have to wait and see if it's as good as it used to be for us. The first impression certainly wasn't good! Just trimming my dog's nails, and they cut into them! We never had that happen before! It can happen, but it shouldn't!

Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing. The veterinarian made a very unprofessional and irresponsible impression. Her handling of the patient seemed careless and lacked the necessary attention and empathy. Furthermore, the communication was very unfriendly and unpleasant, leaving me feeling neither taken seriously nor welcome as a client. In a veterinary practice, one expects care, respect, and a professional approach; unfortunately, the exact opposite was true here. The entire appointment was very unpleasant and left me with no confidence. Therefore, I cannot recommend this practice.
