Very competent vet with whom my two cats feel comfortable.

I managed to get an appointment quickly due to an emergency. However, the woman on the phone was incredibly unfriendly. The communication was terrible; she couldn't even identify the practice by name. When I asked who I was speaking to, she replied in an annoyed and aggressive tone that I was calling the veterinary practice and that I should know who I was calling! So I was really skeptical about whether it was even a good idea to make an appointment there. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and communicative vet. She handled my cat very gently – which, of course, is the most important thing.

I came to the practice with my cat without an appointment. Dr. Kallab immediately and thoroughly attended to him. Unfortunately, my cat received the worst possible diagnosis, and we had to have him euthanized. The empathy shown to both us and our cat was very comforting and made saying goodbye a little easier. Thank you so much, Dr. Kallab!

Extremely unfriendly doctor; you get the feeling she doesn't even want to look at the dog. Because my dog ​​is very anxious about doctor visits and has a hard time letting doctors get close to him, he couldn't be treated at first. Instead of looking for a possible solution to treat him (perhaps sedation), she completely refused to try anything at all and immediately called him a "bad dog." Such an unprofessional and unfriendly person shouldn't be in this profession. I strongly advise against a visit unless you want to be treated unkindly/almost insulted and have your dog insulted...

We enjoy bringing our dogs to the practice. Dr. Kallab is kind, professional, and above all, animal-friendly and empathetic.
