I managed to get an appointment quickly due to an emergency. However, the woman on the phone was incredibly unfriendly. The communication was terrible; she couldn't even identify the practice by name. When I asked who I was speaking to, she replied in an annoyed and aggressive tone that I was calling the veterinary practice and that I should know who I was calling! So I was really skeptical about whether it was even a good idea to make an appointment there. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and communicative vet. She handled my cat very gently – which, of course, is the most important thing.

I would like to extend a very special recommendation for this veterinarian. She is not only highly competent but also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and dedicated. Even though it was technically outside her working hours, she still made time for me and stayed late to help. She carefully administered all the vaccinations and went to great lengths to prepare all the necessary paperwork for my trip to Switzerland. Such dedication and compassion are truly rare these days. I felt extremely well cared for and was genuinely impressed by her kind manner. Thank you so much for your wonderful support – I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian!

I came to the practice with my cat without an appointment. Dr. Kallab immediately and thoroughly attended to him. Unfortunately, my cat received the worst possible diagnosis, and we had to have him euthanized. The empathy shown to both us and our cat was very comforting and made saying goodbye a little easier.
