Reviews
We visited the practice twice with our little Prague Ratter mix, who was very ill, and immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Mayerhauser and her team were very friendly, helpful, and highly competent. We were able to get an appointment at short notice, and they took plenty of time for our dog. We received excellent advice, and Dr. Mayerhauser helped our dog a great deal, so he quickly recovered. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.
A wonderful, friendly, and attentive veterinarian. It's clear she loves animals, and that love is reflected in her work. I had only positive experiences during my visits to her practice. I can wholeheartedly recommend her.
The woman, Dr. P. Mayerhauser herself, and the practice team were very nice! No long waiting times, everything was clean and quiet. My cat and I were in good hands. Thank you for everything!
We have been taking our cats and dogs to Dr. Mayerhauser for over 10 years. We are extremely satisfied. The practice is modern and very clean. Dr. Mayerhauser and all her staff are very dedicated to the animals and take care of all their needs with great care and professionalism.
Our first impression was actually very good, as both Ms. Mayerhauser and the staff are very empathetic towards animals. Unfortunately, over a year later, our four-year-old dog received a serious misdiagnosis. They repeatedly claimed he had a food allergy. We were subjected to expensive injections, expensive food (which made our dog increasingly thin), and all sorts of other treatments instead of simply admitting they didn't know what was wrong. From the beginning, he had swelling around his eye that came and went weekly. After a year of back and forth with no improvement, I changed vets. This new vet diagnosed a mast cell tumor at first glance. Unfortunately, after a year, it had already spread to the lymphatic system. This could have been avoided if they had simply admitted they were stumped. It's impossible to say how long he has left to live. After the surgery, he would now have to undergo lifelong chemotherapy, which is out of the question for us! So, for minor issues, this vet might be suitable, but for more serious problems, it's best to go elsewhere!
