Both Doctor and assistant were super keen to help us with our traveler dog. Had to vaccinate and prepare all the paperwork and the language wasnt a problem at all. I totally reccomend them.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. I was charged an additional €50 for a supposed emergency appointment, even though, in my opinion, it was not an emergency at all – neither outside of opening hours, nor was immediate help provided, and the vet did not explain his surcharges. When I inquired, we were promised that this amount would be credited towards our next visit. However, this promise was not kept. Three weeks later, we returned to the practice for a routine check-up. I was charged again for over €100 for just ten minutes of examining my cat. The vet simply refused to come out, hid during our conversation, and the assistant was supposed to tell us that the charge would be credited towards our next visit. For me, such behavior is neither transparent nor trustworthy. After this experience, I will never set foot in this practice again. Those who make promises should keep them. My trust has been completely shattered. To me, this practice seems like pure exploitation. I feel cheated and will definitely not recommend this practice.

Dear Dr. Wassif, A heartfelt thank you for the excellent treatment of our dog Peanut! He underwent a cryptorchid castration and the removal of four persistent milk canines. The surgery was completely complication-free. Peanut was eating again that same evening and playing the very next day as if nothing had happened. It's immediately apparent that you work with a great deal of expertise, calm demeanor, and genuine compassion. As former owners of a veterinary practice, we know how important experience, diligence, and empathy are. We are all the more pleased to have found such a competent successor for our practice in you. I called for advice because my cat had nibbled on a lily. Lilies are highly poisonous to cats and must be removed from the stomach immediately before the poison spreads. The woman on the phone asked me how much of the leaf my cat had eaten (three-quarters of the leaf) and then briefly consulted with the vet before telling me to wait and call back if symptoms appeared. She said the symptoms wouldn't appear for a day or two, and by then it would be too late for the kidneys. I then called another veterinary practice, which immediately advised me to bring the cat in so they could administer an inducer of vomiting within the first hour after she ingested the lily. I did this, and now my cat is doing better. If I had followed the advice of the first practice, my cat would probably have died of kidney failure.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. When I brought my cat here in distress, the team immediately and lovingly cared for her – no questions asked. You can tell that the animals are the priority here, not just the business. Thank you so much for your compassion and dedication!
