A highly recommended veterinarian with extensive experience. We are happy to travel further because, unlike many younger veterinarians, Dr. Böhm's primary focus is not on profit. A concrete example from our previous veterinary practice: Labrador Retriever, 13 years old, with labored breathing and arthritis. Costs: Librella injection, lung x-ray, general examination with medication, totaling almost 500 euros. Two months later, we went to Dr. Böhm (the problems hadn't disappeared; arthritis with a poor gait naturally requires regular injections at this age to improve it). The treatment included: an injection to reduce pain while walking due to the arthritis, a general examination, and listening to his organs. Fluid was detected in his lungs, and he was prescribed diuretics for approximately 8 weeks. Our Labrador is still walking better than with the Librella injection. His breathing is significantly improved. Total cost with Dr. Böhm: 70 euros!
