I can highly recommend this practice. Dr. Löffler knows exactly what she's doing. She speaks clearly and directly, which is precisely what's needed! I can recommend her without reservation. You immediately notice that the animal's well-being is her top priority, regardless of profit! I trust her completely, and my dog ​​Zorro is doing much better thanks to her. The team is also very competent and empathetic; you really don't find that everywhere. Whether it's routine maintenance 😄 like nail trimming or vaccinations... or more serious issues—for me, there's no alternative!

One star deducted due to very limited parking. Dr. Löffler is very friendly and approachable, as are her staff. The premises are modern, and everything is neat and clean. She takes her time for consultations. We feel well cared for here. Appointments are easy to get, even before holidays (like Christmas).

I once went there for an emergency with my cat and I wasn't very satisfied. I didn't like how they treated my animal (the way they handled it, etc.). I also didn't find the way they spoke to me to be very polite.

Dr. Löffler treated my dog ​​with incredible care and took a great deal of time to examine her thoroughly. Her therapeutic approach noticeably helped my dog, which was a huge relief to me. The prices are absolutely fair, and the practice is modern and well-equipped. The entire practice team is also very caring, friendly, and accommodating. Booking an appointment was super quick and even convenient online. Parking is available right in front of the building. We felt very comfortable with Dr. Löffler and her team.

The therapies were always well-considered, clearly explained, and tailored to our dog's well-being. The practice is modern, very well-equipped, and offers a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere. We would also like to especially commend the entire team: The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and caring in their interactions with both animals and people. We always feel that we are taken seriously and that our dog is receiving the best possible medical care.
