This "veterinarian" has won the award for empathy. Unfriendly, disinterested, and not recommended. I called him yesterday because I had a question. His response: "That's an emergency for a Sunday." That's too much for me. I hung up immediately; he truly lives up to his name. One star is still too generous.

Very unfriendly veterinarian, not recommended at all. Emergency service is ridiculously overpriced; if you mention the cost, you're just snapped at and questioned about why and whether it was even necessary to call a vet so late – "You could have reacted sooner, after all."

This was our third visit to Sam KML, and once again, we received excellent help. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy! He's straightforward, which we appreciate. The price is reasonable, and no unnecessary tests are performed. The dog's well-being was always his top priority. Thank you!
