A top-notch veterinary practice and incredibly kind, warm-hearted people, all of them. You do outstanding work and are truly passionate about what you do. I always feel very welcome with my animals. And the fact that I can access all the information about each individual animal treated via an app is an extra 10 stars!
I'm really disappointed. Since our vet is on vacation, I was forced to go to another practice. Our puppy was treated with a mite medication by the breeder, and she only needed this specific medication once, as the infestation was almost cleared up. After making an appointment, I had to show the puppy to the vet, and of course, I explicitly stated that I only needed this last tablet to complete the treatment! Suddenly, the vet looked between the dog's paws and took a fur sample because she absolutely wanted to know what kind of mites it was. Since she couldn't find anything, she said it was no longer detectable. The price for this one tablet was around 24 euros. When I paid, I almost fell over. 124 euros! When I asked how so much it was, I was billed for the initial consultation, the examination, and the medication. That was definitely the last time I'll visit that practice. In my opinion, if you know the name of the medication, the puppy's weight in kilograms, and it is explicitly stated that it concerns the subsequent treatment, then it is a huge rip-off.
