From reception to treatment, everything was great! :) They work cleanly and explain everything clearly; the animal's well-being is their priority, not the owner's or profit, which is rare these days. We feel our cats are in excellent hands! They're also always reachable in emergencies.

I went to her emergency room with my 10-year-old cat. She was very good with him and examined him thoroughly. Our cat is actually a bit of a sensitive soul, but with her, he went along with everything. I was particularly impressed by the thorough examination. Many veterinarians stop examining once a possible cause has been identified. However, she completed the entire examination, and lo and behold, it was the throat and not (just) the abdomen... My cat was feeling significantly better just a few hours later. Despite being constantly on duty in the emergency room, Dr. Hessling was friendly, patient, and unfazed.

Veterinarian Dr. Nicola Heßling poses a danger to your pet! My dog Pia is no longer alive, and she and Dr. Hönig are responsible for it. My Pia died of cancer that developed in certain glands that were supposedly removed. If they had been removed properly, as claimed, the cancer would never have developed. She won't release the records because she has something to hide, and on top of that, she charged an unbelievable amount of money for the surgery. It's outrageous how she rips people off at the animals' expense. Background: She tinkered with the treatments for ages, which she's good at. The anal glands were constantly inflamed, requiring antibiotics every few weeks, expression, treatments, expensive sensitive food (which she conveniently also sells), and so on. But of course, she can always make money that way because she can't perform surgery herself, and she hands it over when you refuse to be talked into anything anymore. But she just wants to squeeze as much money out of me as possible, and she doesn't give a damn about the animal's well-being. That was a huge burden for my Pia. It wasn't until I said the anal glands should be removed; they weren't functioning properly anymore anyway. At my insistence, she referred me to Dr. Honig in Regensburg. Just as incompetent as Dr. Heßling. They didn't remove the glands properly; otherwise, the cancer would never have been able to grow. This was also confirmed by the Hofheim/Frankfurt veterinary clinic. And what Dr. Heßling and Dr. Honig jointly perpetrated, they charged exorbitant fees for, and didn't say a word about the fact that it wasn't removed correctly. If they had done their job properly, my Pia would still be alive. So, if your pet is important to you, please don't go to Heßling or Honig. Please learn from this. I would give negative stars if that were possible.

Whether a veterinarian is good or bad often depends on the situation. I just want to say that our little kitten was saved by the practice staff and Dr. Hessling. The previous vet didn't even give the cat a proper examination before treating her. The problem was, the six-month-old kitten had stopped eating. Thanks to consistent treatment, we can enjoy our pet every day. I've never seen so many animals as patients at any other veterinary practice. It's simply incredible. I want to sincerely thank you for the loving care.
