She makes a very competent impression, something you only truly appreciate when your pet is actually experiencing an issue. She also provided us with dignified support during the planned farewell of our dog (which unfortunately had to happen). She also makes house calls when the situation requires it. A kind and competent veterinarian who listens to the animal and gives it time without causing stress. The assistants are friendly, and the vet even calls to check on the animal's well-being. I've never experienced anything like this before, and we're very happy with her. I can only recommend her.
I'd like to share my experience with this clinic. First, I want to state that I have absolutely no complaints about the vet! My criticism is solely directed at the receptionist who manages the appointments. If I were to rate their level of professionalism on a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a -1. While the vet was performing the annual check-up, the receptionist entered the data (first and last name of a person we don't know) into our pet's passport. We didn't notice this incorrect entry immediately, but only before our next vet visit. When we asked why and on what basis this person was entered, we received no answer. When we asked to have the entry corrected, we were told that it was an official document and changes could not be made to it. BUT ENTERING DATA WITHOUT CONSENT – THAT'S OK. NEVER AGAIN!!!
