We've been to the doctor's emergency service twice now, and he was very friendly despite the time of day and the weekend. Highly recommended!

Today we had to call the emergency vet because our quail was badly injured. Even during the initial call, we were very kindly and readily offered the option of coming in. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for our little quail; she had to be euthanized. Despite the sad situation, we are very grateful for the quick response and the vet's calm and respectful manner. We felt taken seriously and well cared for.
