I called you this morning because my dog ​​was extremely ill and I was desperate. I asked if a house call would be possible, as you were unable to travel by car. You said straight away, in the most unempathetic and unfriendly way: "No." Then you added insult to injury by asking if I was a long-time client, as she might make an exception if I was. I replied, "No." Your response was: "Then call someone else." I have rarely encountered such an unempathetic veterinarian. Thankfully, my baby didn't have to experience this woman. You'd think doctors would possess at least a spark of empathy. It was a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
