A fantastic vet! She gave us detailed and competent advice, presented alternatives, explained the pros and cons, and was even available by phone after the appointment to answer questions. She handled my dog ​​very sensitively and took plenty of time, so my dog ​​was completely relaxed.

Terrible person! I can't give a rating as a veterinarian since no treatment took place. A complete disaster on a personal level! Despite my vet having made an appointment beforehand, she completely ignored me. My pet was sick, and Ms. Brück didn't even make the slightest effort to find the medication I had ordered. I was supposed to make an appointment by phone. When? After the pet had died?! Unbelievable. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Brück for almost 20 years; she's a very honest and competent veterinarian. I owe her many happy years with my dog ​​Mini, and she was by our side even when she took her last breath. Thank you so much!

Absolutely awful person. Incompetent, inhumane, and definitely not recommended. In my opinion, her practice should be shut down by the authorities. I have a lot of experience with dogs, having worked in animal welfare for many years, owned a dog grooming salon, and bred dogs, but I've never experienced anything like this woman. I have a dog having seizures, and she said she had an appointment available, but she wouldn't give it to me. She told me to go somewhere else. I explained that I don't currently have a car and have a baby at home, and that I can't get out of this backwater town. She doesn't care about any of that. She doesn't believe my dog ​​would be in good hands with her and didn't even look at him. This is a clear case of failure to render assistance. I'm considering filing a complaint against this person. I've already spoken to the veterinary association. My complaint is being sent out.
