This is the best veterinary clinic we have ever visited. Dr. Ganser is very attentive, empathetic, and a true specialist. She thoroughly examined my 12-year-old cat and prescribed the correct treatment. The entire team is wonderful – very friendly and professional. The well-organized waiting area is particularly convenient: a separate section for cats and another for dogs, which significantly reduces stress. The clinic is renovated, modern, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. There is ample parking and a very convenient location. I am more than satisfied. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful in our situation. A huge thank you to the entire team and especially to Dr. Ganser!

Dr. Ganser is a wonderful veterinarian, and we've been going to her for a long time. But what I experienced on the phone today was completely unacceptable. The woman on the phone was so incredibly rude and snappy; it was simply unacceptable. She clearly doesn't care about the animals at all. She would be better off finding another job where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Unfortunately, we will no longer be using this practice. All the best to Dr. Ganser, and to the woman on the phone, please treat people who care about their animals differently.

We took our cat to this veterinary practice for the first time and were completely satisfied. The entire team was very friendly and competent, and the vet himself was exceptionally kind, empathetic, and took plenty of time with us. The practice is very clean and well-organized, and the waiting room is thoughtfully and appropriately designed for animals. We immediately felt comfortable and will gladly return.
