As a long-time owner of rescue rabbits, I am very satisfied with Dr. Ganser's practice! I'm glad there are two rabbit-savvy veterinarians here whom I can trust and who know what they're doing. 🙏👍🐇🐾 I gladly turn to Dr. Ganser and Dr. Baumann for all my rescue rabbits' health problems and prefer to leave them overnight so they can calm down and undergo examinations and treatments the next day. I can highly recommend this practice to all pet owners. 👍

Highly recommended – they take their time and have always provided competent help to my dog, even managing to schedule an appointment at short notice. Dr. Ganser and her team are very kind and welcoming. The waiting rooms for dogs and cat owners are separate, which is very relaxing, and the practice itself is beautiful.

This is the best veterinary clinic we have ever visited. Dr. Ganser is very attentive, empathetic, and a true specialist. She thoroughly examined my 12-year-old cat and prescribed the correct treatment. The entire team is wonderful – very friendly and professional. The well-organized waiting area is particularly convenient: a separate section for cats and another for dogs, which significantly reduces stress. The clinic is renovated, modern, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. There is ample parking and a very convenient location. I am more than satisfied. Everyone was extremely attentive and helpful in our situation. A huge thank you to the entire team and especially to Dr. Ganser!

An absolutely lovely and very competent team. My 13-year-old Chihuahua and I feel very well looked after. We've always been able to get an appointment very quickly, and even during the appointment, they take a lot of time for each individual, which I really appreciate. All of my questions are always answered to my complete satisfaction, and I never felt like I had to rush things. The doctors contacted me by phone when a new medication was being tried or when unforeseen problems arose during the false pregnancy. I don't take this for granted and am very grateful for this fantastic, competent team! The practice is very new and modern. I also think the price is completely reasonable compared to the vet I went to before. They're almost 50% cheaper for nail trimming, for example.
