Top man! Takes the time and comes across professional and knowledgable. Out of 4 vets in the area we tried without question this is where we will return!
Dr. Preiß is an amazing veterinarian who puts the animal's wellbeing before anything else. If you call him with an emergency any time of day or night, he will be there to your aid. After going through a number of vets with my cat we finally found him and it didn't take him longer than 10 minutes to diagnose him and schedule the needed surgery. I put my full trust and faith in him and as long as I stay in this area I will keep seeing this veterinarian.
Cat was treated for tooth stone survived well, which is good obviously. However, there is a big lack of information about the process of treatment and prices and what to do with the animal at home after narcosis and all. Registration forms could look a tad more professional. Doctor-client communication was as well deeply inappropriate.
