Dr Hanisch was competent but the 2nd time I went there, my cat was handled by a trainee that couldn't even take blood. He tried on both legs, it took 20 mins, the assistant were strangling my cat although the cat would have stayed calm anyway. Horrible experience. In addition, they did a quick test on the blood instead of the lab test I requested. The blood was gone, I didn't want another torture for the cat, so i had to accept the result that is not accepted by my cat club. Awesome. And the way they held my poor cat... i know some cats are wild animals but they shouldn't treat all pets based on stereotypes. Next time i went to another vet for blod test and wonder: it worked in 5 minutes and with 1 attempt. That trainee should not be left alone with pets. I regret i went there

we visited the clinic on 27 Dec to show our 1 year old cat as he was suffering from eye problem for two weeks. We were not informed that a junior doctor will be attending our cat and not the main doctor. I was surprised that the attending doctor did not even inspect the eyes properly, just based on one quick look he gave an ointment and sent us back. Our cat´s eye did not improve and we had to take him to another doctor to get him checked properly. Edit: there is a correction in date, it was 30.12.2019.

Fantastic experience, we needed a tapeworm vaccination before heading home to the UK and they couldn't have been more helpful setting us up with everything we needed for this and future trips. Would highly recommend.
