I took my cat to this veterinary practice and, unfortunately, I have to say that I had another bad experience. My cat was clearly in a lot of pain in his leg, which was obvious from the growling he made when the vet examined him. I found the vet's reaction completely inappropriate: She spoke to him in a warning tone and tapped him uncomfortably on the head. Then, in what I considered an unnecessarily firm grip, she put him into the X-ray room. Shortly after the door closed, I heard my cat cry out in pain. Instead of trying to soothe him, the vet yelled at him even louder. This behavior shocked me. I have never experienced anything like this in a veterinary practice before. Looking back, I wish I had intervened immediately. Based on my own expertise in handling animals, I am convinced that this harshness was completely unnecessary and that yelling at my cat was utterly unprofessional. ***************** In the end, I paid almost €100 for the roughly 15-minute visit – of which only about €10 was for pain medication. My concern isn't the cost, but how my cat was treated. And after this shocking experience, which unfortunately left me speechless at the time, I will definitely not be going back to that practice.

I've been taking my dogs to this practice for a long time and am very satisfied! The practice team is very friendly and the medical care is excellent. Dr. Stark recently operated on my dog ​​and everything went perfectly!

We are very happy and grateful to have the Stark Veterinary Practice. Everything just fits perfectly here. Even the receptionist is always friendly, helpful, and dedicated. You can tell that the work here is done with passion. Ms. Stark has been with us for many years now and has always treated our cats excellently – even in more difficult cases or when they had to stay overnight. Our cat, Bino, has always been cared for very sensitively and successfully by her. Today, Dr. Stark also cared for us, with whom we were also very satisfied. My partner's dog, Kaya, has also been cared for at the Stark Practice for many years. Her life has been saved there several times in cases of acute poisoning – for that, we are infinitely grateful. We also had a very positive experience with the new veterinarian, Mr. Osmanhodzic. He took our cat's blood and inserted an IV – very sensitively, calmly, carefully, and precisely. He was also able to assess our cat's health very well and explain everything clearly. We would entrust our cat, Bino, to him again without hesitation. We are truly grateful to have such a wonderful practice nearby and hope it will stay with us for a long time to come. A big thank you to the entire team for your work and dedication! A fantastic practice all around! 😍 The team is incredibly friendly, and the veterinary assistants are always kind and competent, even in stressful situations. The three veterinarians have a direct manner but are always on the animal's side. Excellent advice, honest communication, and they never charge more than necessary. In urgent cases, you can get an appointment quickly. And yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer, but always for a good reason! Either an emergency case has come in, or an animal's treatment is taking longer than expected. In any case, I'm very happy to have such a great practice nearby! 😊

Excellent veterinarian, incredibly friendly staff/owner, honest yet empathetic decisions are made, and they act quickly in emergencies! I'm so glad I tried this practice!
