My gelding has been a patient of Dr. Kaiser and Ms. Jungbauer for a year now. My horse always receives prompt help whenever something goes wrong. Even on Boxing Day, we receive telephone consultations and discuss treatment options. He really enjoys the treatments, and so far, every treatment has been successful. We had our first treatment with Dr. Kaiser today and are absolutely thrilled. My horse is usually very anxious, but he felt completely at ease throughout the entire treatment. She explained everything very well, and my horse was still yawning and chewing two hours later. You could see from his gait that he was swinging his back and hips again after the treatment. We have been working with Dr. Kaiser for almost four years now. Appointments have always been kept punctually. We receive a reminder from the appointment office a few days in advance, and on the day of treatment, she announces her exact arrival again about half an hour beforehand. Thanks to her continuous observation and movement analysis, she is always very attentive to the horse and, with her expertise and diverse treatment options, understands how to permanently improve the horses' well-being. We have witnessed firsthand how, based on her suggestions, complex diagnoses were made that would not have been possible with conventional medicine alone.
