Reviews
Our cat had a stomach problem, and we were able to get an appointment very quickly. After a brief phone call, we went straight to the vet's office. We received a very friendly and professional welcome, and our cat was examined very thoroughly. The vet handled our cat very gently and attentively. The prices for the examination and medication were reasonable. After the examination and administration of the medication, our cat felt much better very quickly. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for the prompt help!
I contacted them by phone and explained the situation: my dog had kennel cough. We asked for a house call or medication. The woman called back two and a half hours later (the practice was already closed). She said the medication was ready at reception. I said, "Great, I'll come now." The woman said, "No, not today, maybe tomorrow morning." So I waited until the next day and called. After several attempts, a woman finally answered and said she didn't know anything. She would call back after the surgery. I never received a call back. My mother went there late that afternoon to pick up the medication. There was no medication ready. Instead, she was subjected to a lecture, including questions about whether she should even own a pet. She was told that one should have a plan for transporting an animal when it was sick, and whether my mother was a veterinarian. Her entire knowledge was questioned. Only when she pointed out that we had requested a house call two days earlier, but had then been promised tablets, did she become subdued. She gave my mother a deworming treatment and cough syrup. We received no competent help; two days of our lives were wasted, and we experienced nothing but trouble. Empathy and willingness to help were completely absent. Wonderful doctor. Very friendly. Takes her time. You don't get the feeling it's just about making money. Thank you so much! ❤
I can highly recommend this practice. Ulrike Munnes cared for and treated our horses before, and then my old dog, and now I'm back with her and her team with our new young dog. I'm absolutely satisfied, feel incredibly well cared for, and the expertise and the gentle handling of the animals are very important to me! Many thanks to the whole team. ❤️
"I feel my pet is in excellent hands here. The veterinarian takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats the animals with great care. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. Highly recommended!"
