Ok
It was late when we came back and there he was, our little Dachshund with an unexplained blueberry sized thing under his eye. We checked the phone book, in panic, which veterinarian is open this late of the day. This was pretty much the only address that popped up. And man did we get lucky. Staff stayed an extra 15 minutes after closing time to help and comfort us, and most of all help the dog. The swelling was gone in 3 days. The vet took all the time to answer even the most stupid of questions. I can only say thank you, if you would be any closer to my Home you would be my go-to vet from now until forever. Strongly recommend!
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one here. From the very beginning, we felt extremely well cared for by Dr. Möllenbeck, both personally and professionally. Dr. Möllenbeck performed a very complex and risky operation on one of our rabbits flawlessly. We were given a thorough and transparent explanation from the outset, all risks were clearly outlined, and various treatment options were presented. We also took advantage of the offered postoperative care and were very satisfied with it. Communication was also excellent and straightforward! We are very grateful to her and her team!
