After our 13-year-old dog Raspi suffered greatly from various illnesses and refused to eat, we decided to have him euthanized. Veterinarian Dr. Minister was supposed to visit us after his office hours. This never happened. Our dog passed away in agony. What particularly upsets us, and this is completely unacceptable, is that the vet didn't even bother to cancel. Unbelievable.
We went to the practice with our dog, Flaco, on an emergency Saturday evening. They provided quick help and a correct diagnosis. After four weeks, the dog is doing well again. Thank you for your help.
