A very friendly team, a very kind and friendly veterinarian, all very empathetic and patient, even with anxious dogs. They take their time, absolutely no assembly-line treatment! Hardly any waiting times and always patient and competent with great friendliness. We have been taking our male dog to this practice for over a year and recently started taking our "anxious" female dog there as well. We can highly recommend this practice!

I've been a regular customer of this veterinary practice for a long time, taking my five cats and my dog, and I've always felt well cared for by Dr. Karatac. He comes across as competent, calm, and dedicated – I've never had any reason to criticize his expertise. However, I was initially very annoyed when I called the practice at 9 a.m. about my dog's acute symptoms (suspected cystitis) and was very rudely dismissed with the comment that I should have gone to the emergency service the previous evening and that no appointments were available. This experience initially left me with the impression of poor organization, especially since it was an urgent case. However, I received a personal call from Dr. Karatac later that same day. He sincerely apologized for the situation, explained the incident, and explicitly assured me that I could bring a sick animal to the practice at any time, even without an appointment. I greatly appreciate this response, as it demonstrates that both his patients and the satisfaction of pet owners are important to him. I will therefore leave my rating adjusted, as both the original experience and the professional handling of it are part of the overall picture for me.

We've been taking our dog Aika there for years; she had surgery last week (she's 15 years old), and everything went incredibly smoothly. We're more than satisfied. The vet is super nice and kind, and the whole practice is very friendly.

Unbelievable!!! You call the vet's office because your pet is dying and are turned away by the receptionist, who explains that they're about to close (even though the website says the practice is open for another 45 minutes) and that you can't be found as a patient in their computer system, even though you've been there before. It makes you seriously wonder if they still care about animal welfare. I would never voluntarily take another pet to this practice and am appalled by the lack of empathy and willingness to help the animal. One star is too generous!

My Goldendoodle puppy Luna has been here several times now – both for treatment and vaccinations. Luna has always been received and treated with great kindness, love, and empathy. She feels very comfortable here 👌✅🔝😍 Thank you for the excellent care 🔝😍🐶
