Really good vet. They speak German, English, even Polish. I was 2 times with my hamster and I'm glad. I recommend.
Even though we sadly had to say goodbye to our rabbit, I must emphasize how the veterinary practice made the farewell as comfortable as possible for us. After initially being asked to call back in 10 minutes during our first call, we received prompt assistance. We were able to come in right at 9 a.m. on Saturday with our emergency and only had to wait a short time. Although the team unfortunately couldn't deliver good news, they guided us through the process wonderfully. Very empathetic, thank you so much!
Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Nala today. The vet and animal caretaker who handled everything (including all the preliminary examinations) were incredibly kind and made the farewell as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much! 🕯️
