Reviews
I don't recommend for exotic animals. I really regret that I trust him and I give my parrot the medicine which this vet gave me because I almost killed my parrot. He recommended hard medication included antibiotics for just his assumption. He even didn't check these birds in any way. No tests, no questions - just his thoughts - this is not acceptable way of curing animals! This is not experiment! They have very sensitive liver and these medicine could kill them. My parrot scratched her head whole night, lost feathers and almost eye! I contacted with another vet and he claimed that there were any reason to give them this. Thanks god this bird is still alive and I cure its wounds with different medicine. I don't care about money - but I cannot tolerate this approach. If someone has no idea how to help exotic animals it needs to have courage to admit it and recommend someone different. It's nothing wrong, because nobody knows everything. But experimenting with animals without the knowledge risking their life... This is under any standard of help. Additionally the approach the doctor after this incident was also unacceptable - I just wanted to speak, I deserve for any explanation - but he was screaming, very angry. No dialogue with him. So I just let it go because it wasn't worthy. Just if you love and care about your animal - find someone else.
Zero cooperation, many excuses, no information. Terrible experience NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS GUY! The receptionist was cool. My girlfriend have parrot and be had problems, this doctor just saw it and give medicine which is for chicken and for very special case. After this the parot looks like this. (Picture) I wanted my money back but he refuses to give me because of the law, and he cannot si anything, so who protect my customer rights NOBODY! This is not how you treY PET,PEOPLE AND CUSTOMERS! Better to close his business.
The man (and his team) is simply fantastic. Anyone who's had dealings with a vet before, and knows this one, knows exactly what I mean. For those who don't know this practice yet... superb advice based on experience, knowledge, and genuine compassion. You'll find rip-offs elsewhere; here, the animal truly gets the help it needs – and the owner too. I've been a regular customer here since 2019 (my dog has leishmaniasis, and I also bring along a dog or two for various other cases, including some belonging to acquaintances) and now travel quite a distance to get here. So far, I haven't found a suitable replacement. Perhaps that's only because I'm not even looking anymore...
I am deeply shaken by what we experienced at this veterinary practice. Our little puppy wasn't even examined by the vet himself, but was treated by a veterinary assistant – even though it was such a young and vulnerable life. Despite this, we were billed as if the vet had personally treated him. I felt helpless, not taken seriously, and completely alone in this situation. Our puppy died. And instead of showing compassion or understanding, I was even taken to court over this bill. As a single mother and widow, this was an enormous additional burden that pushed me to my limits. What remains is deep pain, profound disappointment, and a firm decision: Never again will I go to this practice.
We are very happy with our veterinarian. Our dog received prompt help – his ears have completely healed thanks to the treatment. It's especially commendable that the vet even came to our home, which was a huge relief for us. Today, our 16-year-old cat had ear surgery at the practice, and we felt she was in very good hands. The entire team is extremely competent, friendly, and empathetic. Furthermore, we never get the feeling that unnecessary treatments are performed – the animals' well-being truly comes first here, not the money. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
