I cannot recommend this veterinarian. She collects payment and three years later sends a reminder threatening debt collection, even though the bill was paid immediately after treatment. Since the account I used no longer exists, I had to pay twice. Therefore, I cannot recommend this veterinarian.

Ms. Gylstorff does a fantastic job. She takes plenty of time for the concerns of her patients and their owners. The practice has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, to which the rest of the staff also contributes greatly. Even outside of regular office hours, Ms. Gylstorff is there for you whenever possible, even at the most inconvenient times, when you need her. We are incredibly happy to have found such a wonderful veterinarian – especially one so close by. Many thanks!

The best vet ever, and a super friendly receptionist. Very direct, and always decides what's best for both the animal and the owner. Always has a listening ear. We've been going to her for about 15 years and are very satisfied. Her prices are still reasonable compared to other practices.
