Five stars are definitely warranted here 🫶🏻 After three vets initially refused to treat my budgie, this place didn't hesitate for a second. The nurse on the phone was incredibly kind, explained everything clearly, and pointed out any special considerations. The practice itself is bright and welcoming, with a great waiting area and plenty of space. The treatment was just as good; they took their time, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions. They even gave me tips and suggestions for possible follow-up treatment. Simply top-notch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Keep up the great work, and above all, maintain your kindness and empathy – that's what pet owners need when they're worried about their animals 🩷

The veterinarians take their time with each patient and are very friendly. The waiting rooms are also a plus, with plenty of space for everyone. Yes, I can definitely recommend this veterinary practice!

I recently moved to GHC and brought home some sick baby rabbits from work. I must say I'm thrilled with the vets and nurses. Everyone was friendly and patiently explained everything to me, answering all my questions. Wuschel received quick treatment, as did Puschel. Even though Puschel sadly passed away shortly afterward, as she was so small and seriously ill. They also neutered Teddy. They even honored my request to tell him I loved him, since I couldn't drop him off in person due to work. I never felt uncomfortable or misunderstood during any of the treatments. The practice is welcoming and beautifully designed. Thank you for your work and your love for animals.
