Dr. med. vet. Sven Kilian - Tierarzt und Hufschmied

Sadly, we had to let our cat cross the bridge yesterday. Dr. Kilian came to our home and gently put him to sleep in his familiar surroundings, which meant a lot to us. He was so compassionate, warm, and calm. You are such a kind-hearted person, thank you so much!

We take our pets to Dr. Kilian. The entire practice team is absolutely competent, friendly, and courteous. Even when things get hectic, there are never any harsh words or anything like that. We've never had any complaints about the treatments. Last year, we took one of our cats there because she suddenly became ill out of the blue. We received excellent advice and were also informed that the success of the treatment couldn't be guaranteed. We were also given transparent information about the costs. Even though the story didn't have a happy ending for us, we continue to trust the practice and can highly recommend it.

I would give ten stars if I could. It was our first time there. I've rarely encountered such a kind veterinarian, and the assistants were also incredibly nice. Our cat received quick and uncomplicated care; we felt very well looked after, and the price was absolutely reasonable. Thank you so much!

A very empathetic doctor and an extremely kind team. Unfortunately, our cat had to be euthanized because his health deteriorated drastically within just a few days. Dr. Kilian explained the possible treatment options realistically yet sensitively, even though they wouldn't have prevented his eventual death and the associated pain. Ultimately, the animal was put to sleep, and Dr. Kilian (along with his team) handled the situation with great compassion. It was a difficult decision and not a great reason to make an appointment, but I'm glad we came here.

Dr. Killan deserves a full 5 stars. He and his entire practice team are truly dedicated to animals. They prioritize the well-being of both the animal and its owner over profit. I had my dog ​​operated on by him. It was an operation with a few foreseeable complications, but he and the whole team provided me with complete support and reassurance. They were available day and night, Monday through Sunday. In addition to treating my dog, he also helped me better understand and manage his behavior. With Dr. Killan, you are in very good hands and have nothing to worry about. He is extremely competent! The consultation is excellent; you know exactly what to do and what to expect. The price-performance ratio is fantastic! He is a veterinarian who truly cares about the animal, even when dealing with challenging dogs. He takes the time and gives both the animal and its owner the trust and attention they need. I wouldn't want any other veterinarian. Many, many thanks again to the entire practice team! ❤️
