I cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances. A routine procedure on our cat was performed in a completely unprofessional manner. A qualified veterinarian confirmed this to us. I also have no words to describe the conditions and the messiness in the practice. I am truly angry that I subjected my pet to such treatment. Ms. Gerbig should be ashamed of herself for her flimsy attempts to explain the medical errors.
