Competent care and advice. They take the necessary time here. All the staff are very friendly and empathetic. The waiting time is sometimes quite long, but this isn't a reason for me to deduct points; on the contrary, it's reassuring to know that emergencies are welcome, squeezed in, and not turned away. I also think it's fantastic that they offer a 24-hour emergency hotline.
I was able to get quick help for my little stray cat with a cold. I appreciated that they didn't immediately recommend a second course of antibiotics. The staff were friendly, the advice was good, and the animal was treated with loving care. This was my first review. Unfortunately, I can no longer go there.
A super friendly team with very competent advice and explanations. It's especially great that they call if the appointment needs to be postponed due to emergencies, to avoid unnecessary waiting with the pet. Our Lambi and puppies are feeling right at home ❤️ Thank you 🐶
