We visited the emergency clinic late one evening during a vacation with our dog Lina. Dr. Richter took a lot of time, seemed extremely competent, and handled Lina very gently. After a thorough examination and medication, Lina was noticeably better. Dr. Richter even had time for a follow-up appointment the next day. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Competent care and advice. They take the necessary time here. All the staff are very friendly and empathetic. The waiting time is sometimes quite long, but this isn't a reason for me to deduct points; on the contrary, it's reassuring to know that emergencies are welcome, squeezed in, and not turned away. I also think it's fantastic that they offer a 24-hour emergency hotline.

I was able to get quick help for my little stray cat with a cold. I appreciated that they didn't immediately recommend a second course of antibiotics. Friendly staff, good advice, and loving care for the animal.
