I've been coming here with all my animals since 1990... first with my senior dog, and now for decades with my junior. My Bavarian Mountain Hound was spayed the day before yesterday, and everything went perfectly. She's going for a check-up today. I had to bring my cat to Dr. Käppeler's practice as an emergency case and also as a new patient. Despite the situation, she was treated immediately, which was incredibly important for us at that moment. My cat was in very poor condition after an accident. Dr. Käppeler took a lot of time to explain the situation realistically and with great empathy. We felt taken seriously and well cared for at all times. She was eventually able to pass away peacefully. I am very grateful for the quick help, the professional treatment, and the respectful approach during such a difficult time. (A small note: Card payment was unfortunately not possible.)

You immediately notice his experience and competence; he takes your concerns about your pet seriously. Dr. Käppeler had our cat under control immediately and reliably, without being rough. He told us exactly what we could do. His treatment worked immediately, and our cat was noticeably better the next day.
