I would like to share my negative experience with Mr. Schwenk's practice. After years of satisfied care, my dog ​​had a minor ailment a week ago, which initially cleared up quickly. However, when the ailments recurred, I contacted the practice. Unfortunately, I was yelled at on the phone and called an "animal abuser." Mr. Schwenk said he wanted nothing to do with us and threatened to triple our fees if we came in. At another clinic, where I explained the situation, I received immediate assistance, and the veterinarians simply shook their heads at my experience with Mr. Schwenk. I can only say that there are definitely better veterinarians in the area!

We are incredibly grateful to have Mr. Schwenk as our veterinarian. He is not only a loving and empathetic person, but he also treats each of our animals with so much respect and affection. We have four animals – three dogs and a cat – and have taken all of them to him, no matter what problems arose. Mr. Schwenk has always provided us with expert help, always at a fair price, and has always taken the time to truly listen to our concerns. His sensitive approach to animals is simply unique. We feel very fortunate to have him nearby and to be able to rely on his help at any time.

Our dog was spayed by Dr. Schwenk. It was a wonderful treatment, and the wound is healing excellently. A very caring vet. Thank you very much, and I hope for more years of regular checkups.

Let me put it this way...if your pet is important to you, you'd better not go here. I think he's a nice man, but he's truly unprofessional. Our cat, it turns out, has heart problems, which a better doctor only diagnosed after we switched. Mr. Schwenk just said that he has hair in his throat and that's why he's breathing like that, and that it will go away. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if we hadn't switched and had listened to our gut feeling. Please ensure your animals are well treated and go elsewhere if your pet has a suspected illness... I'm sorry, but that's the truth, and I want your animals to be safe, which they aren't here, unfortunately...
