I would like to share my negative experience with Mr. Schwenk's practice. After years of satisfied care, my dog ​​had a minor ailment a week ago, which initially cleared up quickly. However, when the ailments recurred, I contacted the practice. Unfortunately, I was yelled at on the phone and called an "animal abuser." Mr. Schwenk said he wanted nothing to do with us and threatened to triple our fees if we came in. At another clinic, where I explained the situation, I received immediate assistance, and the veterinarians simply shook their heads at my experience with Mr. Schwenk. I can only say that there are definitely better veterinarians in the area!

He's helped us with many animals. Always friendly. He doesn't drag out treatments unnecessarily, but explains the situation and treats the animal. The animal can leave the practice as quickly as possible, and everyone benefits. All my beloved pets have received excellent care. The price-performance ratio is simply outstanding.
