€1,900 for a urinary catheter for a two-year-old male cat, as well as an IV infusion. The veterinarian simply refused to print the bill and would only do so after payment, making it virtually impossible to check the items on the invoice. The animal was also refused release. Finally, the police had to be called to calm the situation on-site with three officers. On the advice of the police, we will definitely report the incident to the Baden-Württemberg State Chamber of Veterinarians. We strongly advise everyone to seek a different veterinarian.

I can't understand the many negative reviews about Dr. Lehrer. She is a very competent and knowledgeable veterinarian. She always treats with the animal's best interests at heart and doesn't make diagnoses or prescribe medication lightly before an examination. This might not suit some owners, but ultimately it's about the animal, not the owner's wishes. She also takes her time with each patient and explains things if you have questions, which can sometimes lead to waiting times, just like at a regular doctor's office. She does accept emergencies, but only if you are already a patient. I think that's perfectly reasonable; after all, everyone has their regular vet, and at some point, every vet has to draw the line to ensure they can continue seeing their existing patients. In my experience, she even calls the day after surgery to check on the animal's well-being. In conclusion: I highly recommend Dr. Lehrer. She always has the animal's best interests at heart.

I consulted Ms. Lehner on a recommendation to get a second opinion and I have only positive things to say. Booking an appointment at short notice was very easy via the app. Ms. Lehner took plenty of time and explained everything to me in detail. She handled my dog very gently and was very friendly to me. The billing was certainly according to the fee schedule and wasn't any more expensive than at my previous vet. I can't understand the negative reviews. Besides, you only ever hear one side of the story.

Thank you for everything, dear Mrs. Lehner 🤍! We felt our Amy was in the best hands with you! You were even with us during her final moments, taking the time to let Amy fall asleep peacefully in her own home, surrounded by us 🌈. Thank you for always being there for us! Amy was always treated very well. Mrs. Lehner took her time and explained everything thoroughly. We will continue to take our animals to her; she is a wonderful veterinarian, friendly and competent, which is very important to me! Everything else is secondary!

Ms. Dehner was on call, and I desperately needed help with my mice. She was rude and told me that the emergency number wasn't for that. She didn't even let me finish speaking. If you're going to a vet, it should be for all your animals. Either I want to help, or I don't go at all. I usually go to Dr. Schneider. She would never have reacted so coldly.
