Dr. med. vet. Katja Baumer Tierärztin

On December 29, 2023, our Jack Russell Parson Russell Terrier was euthanized by Dr. Baumer after 15 years. The practice was packed that day, and everything was stressful. Now that some time has passed, I can offer my assessment. Dr. Baumer is a good veterinarian and helped our dog every time we had to go to her because a vet in Freudenstadt was unavailable or because the practice closed unexpectedly. The vet in Freudenstadt had treated our dog for over 10 years, but in 2023, I arrived at her door for a dental cleaning, and the practice was closed. No one had informed us. I find that completely unacceptable. Therefore, Dr. Baumer would never do something like that. She is expensive, but she is also very good.

During our holiday between Christmas and New Year's, our dog had severe diarrhea. Ms. Baumer examined him very thoroughly and treated him successfully. Despite a busy practice on both days, she exuded calm and competence. Her assistant was also very attentive. Thank you so much!
