While on vacation, one of my guinea pigs developed what appeared to be a dental problem, and I was referred to several veterinary practices, even one as far away as Posthausen, almost 100 km. It was only at this wonderful practice that my guinea pig received help. I called in the afternoon, explained the situation, and was immediately given an appointment for the next morning. I received a very friendly welcome, and they immediately and lovingly cared for my Schoko, quickly identifying the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, she had a tumor in her mouth that was inoperable, and she had to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Thank you for providing Schoko with immediate help.

Fantastic veterinary team. We're regular customers with our cats. The vets are always ready to help with emergencies, and I can usually come in the same day. The animals are thoroughly examined and treated. Everything here is done out of love for animals, not for personal gain. The animals sense that, too. All my cats always love going there!

We were on vacation in Sahlenburg. My little Chihuahua wasn't feeling well at all. I didn't know what else to do but take her to the vet as soon as possible. So I started searching and called one vet after another until I finally dialed this number. After I explained my situation, they told me to come in, even though they were actually fully booked. So we went. I have to say, wow, honestly, the vet took such wonderful care of my girl. She gave her a thorough check-up. Yes, some of you will say she did that to make a lot of money. Well, I have to disappoint you, she didn't. She did exercises with her, an ultrasound, everything imaginable, but as is typical for my little darling, she didn't tell us anything. Oh yes, and she also gave me some very good advice without trying to sell me anything. Quite the opposite, she said: "Take a picture and look online; it's cheaper there. You don't need it now, but when the time comes, get it there." (It was about my little one's teeth.) Yes, I got some really good advice. Well, then my little one got an injection for the pain she definitely had, we just couldn't figure out the cause. And then I also got some pain medication, which she still actually needs (unfortunately). So, if I could, I'd give 10 stars here. I would have loved to take the vet with me. In any case, she'll be our vet when we're on vacation in Salenburg, Cuxhaven. We'd like to say a huge thank you again! 🥰💕

From the very first visit, he took plenty of time to examine my animal thoroughly and explain everything to me calmly and clearly. His empathetic manner immediately engendered trust – both in me and my four-legged friend. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to him. No assembly-line processing, just genuine care and expertise. That's what you want from veterinary care! Highly recommended.
