Probably the best vet in the Cuxhaven district. Dr. Alpers and his team are incredibly dedicated to their animal patients – this level of commitment is something every vet should have. The opening hours are very patient-friendly, you always receive a warm welcome, and your animals are given the best possible care. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and lab results can be obtained on-site, saving time. We are happy to know our animals are always in good hands when needed, thank them for the excellent care, and gladly recommend the practice.
A fantastic veterinarian with heart and soul. At the end of our vacation, we had to take our dog to the vet. We were incredibly lucky to find Dr. Alpers and his team. They were professional, kind, and empathetic in their handling of our Mavi! It's unbelievable that a vet like him still exists today! THANK YOU SO MUCH 🐾🐾🐾
We couldn't imagine anything simpler. When our Beagle fell ill during our vacation in Cuxhaven, we were able to take him to Dr. Alpers immediately. It was already 8:15 p.m. He told us that the chargeable on-call time only starts at 9:00 p.m. We received very competent advice and the appropriate treatment for our dog. Now, two days later, he's doing very well again, as if nothing had ever happened. Many, many thanks to Dr. Alpers and his team. Absolutely recommendable!!!
I took my cat to this veterinary practice, and although a blood test was performed, the cause of his illness could not be determined. Despite repeated requests for further examinations, I was repeatedly turned away with the explanation that there was no time. Although only injections were administered, I was repeatedly charged €20 for consultations and follow-up examinations. After switching to another practice, the blood test was evaluated immediately, and the cause was quickly identified. I feel much better cared for at the new practice, and my cat can finally get the help he needs. Overall, I am disappointed with this practice, as I have completely lost trust in them.
