This was our first time at the practice, and I have to say we're extremely satisfied. Dr. Madeiczyk took a lot of time for our dogs. Even our Jackson, who was trembling with fear, approached her on his own after a short while. I can only say we felt very comfortable and have a very good feeling about the experience. The vet answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly. Although we're originally from the Ruhr area, we will continue to see her for treatment.

Dr. Madeiczyk is a highly recommended veterinarian. She makes treatments as stress-free and comfortable as possible for the animal. She takes plenty of time and answers questions very clearly. Due to his age, we sadly had to say goodbye to our dog. Dr. Madeiczyk supported us through this very difficult decision and gave us peace of mind, assuring us that we were making the right choice. In such an exceptional situation, a trustworthy veterinarian is invaluable!

My dog ​​Marley and I are huge fans of Ms. Madeiczyk. Marley came to me from Romania as a fearful dog, so I was understandably apprehensive about her first vet appointment – ​​but I was wrong. Ms. Madeiczyk took a great deal of time, allowed her own dog to be present, and showed me tips and tricks on how to make my dog ​​feel more secure with small gestures. The atmosphere, the personal connection with both the animal and me, and the fact that you're alone in the practice are absolutely fantastic and simply unparalleled. We always look forward to our next appointment with great anticipation.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. We took our guinea pig there as an emergency because it was bleeding from its mouth. We were told it had only broken a tooth and that it would recover. No x-rays were taken, they prescribed painkillers, and that was it. Yesterday, we had to have the animal put down because it wasn't just a broken tooth, but its entire upper jaw was broken. There was nothing we could have done to help the animal during our visit, but it shouldn't have had to suffer for so long. Overall, it's very disappointing that a veterinarian can't recognize something like that.

A very good veterinarian, I've been going there for years and highly recommend her!!!
