This is definitely a highly recommended veterinary practice. The interaction – even with dogs with behavioral issues – is simply fantastic. My dog ​​always loves going there – even though surgery is certainly not a pleasant experience for any animal. My dog ​​adores all the staff and even recognizes them outside the practice. I always find my dog's treatment excellent and am happy to accept a bit of a wait. I don't think my dog ​​would find better treatment or more affection at any other practice.

I am truly disappointed and upset about my visit to this veterinary practice. I felt I received incorrect or very misleading advice regarding the microchip, especially concerning the supposed ability to monitor my cat's body temperature with it. It later transpired that it was simply a standard identification chip – this wasn't explained to me clearly. The vaccination process for my four-month-old cat also left a poor impression. The entire procedure seemed rushed and not particularly thorough. On top of that, the waiting times were very long despite having an appointment, making the whole visit unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Overall, this experience has not inspired confidence in me, and I will not be using this practice again.

Thank you to the entire practice team. You've been with me for many years. I always felt so well cared for with all my dogs. Lately, you've shown so much compassion, which has helped me so much. We also shared many laughs. Sadly, there won't be another dog. It's hard, but everything has its time. Thank you so much.
