I went there as an emergency case on Easter Sunday (March 31st). Dr. Florian Hipp was able to quickly find time for me and tried everything possible, even going above and beyond, in my opinion. This saved my cat's life, and he's doing much better now. My son is happy to have his "Chuck" back. We highly recommend him. He was very humane and friendly. Euthanasia wasn't even mentioned; it was truly only considered as a last resort.
The on-site support is excellent. A consistently friendlier impression during the initial telephone contact would be desirable.

The animals were treated very well and everyone was very friendly.
We are unfortunately regular visitors to the vet's office because our male dog is very prone to ear infections and our female dog has anal gland issues. The price-performance ratio is excellent. It's not overpriced, and they don't pressure you into any additional medications or tests. If you have any questions, they are always answered clearly. The team is very understanding, caring, and friendly! Highly recommended!!!
