I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. Both Ms. Exner and Ms. Peissner are a true blessing for animals and their owners, both professionally and personally. The veterinary assistants all have a wonderful rapport with the animals and truly care for each and every patient with loving attention. Dear PEX! team, you truly deserve the title "team." Dani and I thank you most sincerely for everything. Especially for your help when Emil was so ill, and of course, for Rembrandt now!

I took my cat Pamuk there and initially had a good impression of the practice. However, this changed very quickly. It was all about money. They prescribed things that had been explicitly ruled out during our consultation. To this day, I haven't received a diagnosis from the veterinarians, despite asking twice. Due to the practice's blatant disregard for medical advice, I had to obtain the diagnosis (end-stage skin cancer with metastases) myself, directly from the lab. My suffering pet was left without palliative care for days. We ultimately had to go to another practice to have him euthanized to end his suffering. In my opinion, ignoring the issue of pain in the face of a terminal diagnosis constitutes a serious violation of the Animal Welfare Act (inflicting prolonged pain and suffering through negligence) as well as a breach of veterinary professional obligations.

Five stars aren't enough for what the entire practice team does! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the loving care you give our four-legged friends. Whether puppy or senior dog, you're always ready to fight for them. Always with your whole heart and complete dedication! And when the sad day comes, the peaceful crossing of the Rainbow Bridge is the greatest expression of love for our beloved animals. This practice is truly exceptional in that respect!

Thanks to the incredibly loving care of Mrs. Peissner & Exner and their staff, our family cat Weißi pulled through after needing emergency surgery and subsequently experiencing a rapid decline. The veterinary practice we were at had given up on him and was scheduled to euthanize him. Then we learned that Mrs. Peissner, whom we've known for decades and to whom we've always taken our other animals, had opened a new practice. So, of course, we immediately sought their opinion. Since Mrs. Peissner is a leading expert in her field, with so much care and love, our Weißi made it and is now a healthy and happy cat again. We visited him almost every day during his hospital stay, and he was treated with such loving care. We, too, were always warmly welcomed, and no matter how little time or space they had, we were always welcome as visitors. You can tell that everyone there lives and breathes animals and tries their best, even going beyond opening hours. A good review or recommendation is far too little! We are so glad that this practice and this team are "back" and feel that we and our animals are in very good hands there. Everyone is so friendly and kind, no matter how stressful it is. I've been a fan of Ms. Peißner since I was a child and have known her since her first practice. I love her expertise and knowledge. I used to say that as long as this woman could treat my animals, I'd keep them; after that, I wouldn't want any more. I think that says it all. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Exner, and I must say, her last statement has given her pause for thought. I'm excited about the future and can only offer my heartfelt thanks to both of them and, of course, to the other staff. Such kindness is rare these days, and we all know that everything is expensive, but anyone who can leave a tip at this practice deserves it... Sending you lots of love.
